Tempest has an active inventory database of over 6,000 items from local and international vendors - from raw, unfinished parts to finished goods.

For the last several years, I have led a cost-plus, multi-tier pricing strategy across product categories by aligning COGS, labor, freight, customer behavior, and gross-margin requirements; report pricing and margin KPIs to corporate leadership in France on a weekly and monthly basis.

As a Grainger vendor, I also managed Tempest’s interaction with SPS Commerce (Grainger’s cloud-based supply chain Electronic Data Interchange system) and built out the databases for other EDI-driven customers.

I was directly responsible for gross-margin discipline and my team met weekly to cover our targeted gross margin that accounted for the complete COGS
