At Tempest, I managed and coordinated 11 staff members and subcontractors across marketing, customer service, sales support, web development, and public relations for workflow guidance, and project direction.

For the e-commerce and Website Modernization: I led the transition of Tempest Technology Corporation's website and e-commerce platform to Shopify, supporting a more modern customer-facing experience and stronger commercial infrastructure.

Software used: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Firefly), Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
Tempest site synced to Sage 100 database via Datamap.tools from Platform Technology to the Shopify hosted site.
